Color Study: I've Got the Blues

For this assignment, we were supposed to pick a color and take a variety of shots with that color as the dominant focus. I chose blue. Blue is an extremely diverse color. From vivid aquamarine to subtle periwinkle, there is a shade of blue for everyone. We were supposed to choose 2-4 pictures, but I couldn't decide and added 6. All of these pictures are from people or scenes in Rexburg. Enjoy.

1. Berries Unedited: Nov. 08; Rural Hibbard, ID; f 3.2; 1/80; Sony H50 Digital Camera
2. Berries Edited: Used the quick selection tool for cut out - Refined edges w/ slight feather on white.

This image was a little more complicated to cut out than I first imagined, but I think it worked out in the end. The only thing that bugs me is in the cut out picture... there is a fine white line underneath the clump of berries on the left. I'm not sure what happened.
